Jamie and I are the owners and DJ’s of Simplicity Entertainment and have been for nearly 10 years. Prior to Simplicity Entertainment, my father had owned it and operated it under the name Dave and the Good-times. I inherently took over Dave and the Good-times and re-named it Simplicity Entertainment and haven’t looked back since.

In the past 10 years Simplicity Entertainment has grown from a live performance based mobile entertainment service to an exciting state-of-the-art, quality driven, mobile disc jockey entertainment specialist. With the addition of  planning expertise, event knowledge, a passion for fun, quality equipment and an incredible music selection we have stepped onto the playing field of champions.

The staff of Simplicity Entertainment is always striving to improve our service resulting in even better parties for our clients. Each year we attend the Mobile Beat DJ conference in Las Vegas for a week to learn and share with the best of the industry. Through attending and participating Simplicity Entertainment continues to be able to offer the latest ideas and expertise to any event making your party like none other!

Allen is currently serving on the board of the Chicagoland chapter of the American Disc Jockey Association as President, which began in April of 2004. In addition to acting as President he was also one of the 7 founding members or the Chicagoland ADJA. Being a part of the ADJA means Allen and Simplicity Entertainment are committed to excellence.  The American Disc Jockey Assoc. is the Nations best trade association for mobile DJ’s by helping to create professionalism and education for mobile Disc Jockeys!

At nearly 10 years old, we are a relatively new company although with very deep and developed roots in the mobile entertainment industry. All the ambition of youth and the wisdom achieved only by experience!
